I’m a 50-something mum of three from the South of England and I’ve been a professional writer for 25 years. I turned my hand to fiction during 2020 and I’ve been writing stories ever since!
I love reading romance novels (as well as many other genres) but I feel there is a lack of light-hearted romantic fiction featuring middle-aged – or older – protagonists, which is why I decided to write one myself.
It’s about time that perimenopausal and menopausal women were presented in a positive way. We may have flaws, complexities and insecurities, but we’re still vibrant, interesting, sexy people!
